When the alarm goes off at 4:30 am you often ask yourself “Why am I doing this?” But once you wake up and head off with your car loaded to the roof and thoughts of “what have I forgotten?” popping into your head you start to relax and look forward to the day ahead.
Fantasy cupcakes attended the Sacred Tree markets at Branxton on Sunday as we do every month.
The combination of beautiful weather, busy stallholders and happy customers made for a wonderful day of fun, food, music and shopping. Ganga Ma and Penny (the ladies responsible for this lovely market) go to great lengths to make each market a different and enjoyable experience
The Sacred Tree markets are held 9 am – 2 pm on the third Sunday of the month in St Brigid’s School grounds in Branxton and Fantasy Cupcakes stall is always inside the hall with lots of very talented stall holders, like
Jay Worling with her very unique textile art, Paisley’s on Harrison (who I suspect is trying to eat her way through all of our 20 odd flavours of cupcakes) beautiful handcrafted giftware. Titania’s Dreamy Delights…..Luscious handmades soap & body care products and Once Upon A Time wardrobe……A lovely range of ladies clothing.
Outside the area is alive with stalls full of food, wine oils, jams, meat, bread, hats, bags, cloths, gumboots and stalls like Rustic Revivals….Bringing new life to old timber by making wishing wells, wheelbarrows and gorgeous blackboards.
It’s a wonderful way to spend your Sunday………..
